Sorry I haven´t checked anyone´s deviations and have only been uploading every so often, I odn´t have internet right now and am at a cafe, nearly out of time as I write this, I swear to god I´ll get to it if it takes a hundred pesos!!!!!

So I'm finally in the open-high-school program thingy I've been trying to enter since like...8 months ago when I finally once again set foot in taco-land ^.^

Don't get me wrong, food here is f*cking delicious, and some people here are extravagantly pretty *o* but I can't help but feel trapped by the language barrier. Yes, I'm one of those beaners that can't help but think and speak 90 percent of the time in English despite Spanish being my first language. Still, one of the subjects I have to take is...English 1 xD

So I'm sitting there in the car, eyeballing the thing and I figure, well THIS was a waste of five bucks (.3.) but the Math 1 (lmfao) book should prove entertaining...right?

And then after a detailed handling of my mom's bag, which she left in the car, I found several Benjamin's... And she blew me off when I asked for that bamboo thing a few weeks ago, even though I lent her two grand a while ago wut??? >.>

Ah screw it, I'll just go hit the streets again and 'mayatear' like my friend Julio... whatever that means.

I'm also procrastinatingly working on a few things(including this awesome Arceus, Ivysaur, and the Altaria thingy and I'm supposed to re-draw someone's Link drawing), but whenever I'm supposed to do something and I do something else good things come of it... usually

So yeah, I'd appreciate some suggestions over what character from brawl I should facially depict next =x

There are a lot of awesome, and inspiring people around here, and those that critique by saying something other than "I like it, I think it's cool" deserve a big *ss freshly baked chocolatechip cookie. I learn a lot every day I log in and look at something creative, whether it be a simple sketch, or a very complicated, 367 layer painting.

So, I'm noticing that my fingers, eyes, and pencil are getting more in sync now, of course you can't tell because I haven't uploaded much recently. Reason for that is that my scanner isn't here yet, and probably won't be for a few weeks still.

Anyway, what I'm trying to get at here is that I really want to get into digital painting. I've seen some seriously amazing things in my relatively short time here at DA. There is a level of depth, precision, and forgiveness that only the pen and tablet allow for; the mouse is simply no substitute for the flow and precise, yet subtle, brilliance of the middle finger, index and thumb. Problem is, I have no tablet V_V

The current status of my wallet leaves me no choice but to be patient, and save up for it somehow. I guess I'll have to settle for my number 2 pencil and index finger for a while =d

I really hope my scanner gets here soon, my drawings are collecting dust =O
